end of school . . . so exciting this takes a line in my blog . . .

what is exciting is the nl west race . . . the d-backs need to lose, the dodgers need to win so that the dodgers take first. this scenerio is unlikely, but who knows what will happen. two weeks ago, the padres were streaking to first. now they're last. the only team not to make a run at first is the giants. too bad for the giants. yeah, i really care about the giants . . .

a team that stinks and stinks bad right now is the angels from anaheim . . . or rather the angels from los angeles. doesn't matter--send them back to wherever they got their losing streak from and get us back the team that's been making it to the post-season these last few years. . .

it's interesting to see where former dodgers end up . . . like in the day when konerko used to be a dodger, now he's the captain of the white sox. jim tracy was interesting--the former dodger manager brought his losing record with him to pittsburgh.

talking about the white sox--what about the play with michael barrett getting creamed at the plate by a j pierzynski . . . barrett's punch to pierzynski's head was exactly was pierzynski deserved . . .

talking about michael barrett--the name reminded me of another michael barrett--aka the seminary prof now at geneva reformed . . . went to sermonaudio.com to listen--love the line by barrett "the other day i went to a clemson football game. i was out of my element." you don't say . . . 8-b
