today is thursday 10 february 2004.

so i'm just messing with the computer. i thought of starting a podcast . . . hadj thinks this is too drastic of a shift in the subculture (that is into the realm of the ipods). the shuffle is cool, but my mp3 player is a panasonic cd player that has mp3/wma capabilities--this works out better for me.

got mailscantity to finally work. i probably could get outlook doing the same thing, but trying to mess with the rules wizard on a client and server is like giving a dog a bath.

new term . . . falling off the floor--do not panic.

so i'm teaching the shell method in calc (for volumes from revolutions). why not we call it the onion method--onions have layers. of which the calc students remind of me that shell are like onions and have layers.

cinnabon is pretty hip place for cinnamon rolls. i took the survey online . . . for some reason the phone survey says i get a dollar off--the receipt says i get two for the price of one. not that i care--i save either way. but i did notice that caribou coffee isn't served there anymore . . .

talking about caribou coffee, someone told me there's a caribou coffee stand opening down in castle rock. this person mentions that i have to trek down to castle rock for caribou--but when i was in greenville, i used to trek to atlanta for caribou . . .

mozilla firefox is easly the browser of choice in the melvinistic subculture . . . but beware, do not delete ie6. bad things could happen.

dodger season almost here. so exciting, this takes a line in my blog. i'll predict third place, so maybe they'll win the division like last year.
