today is tuesday 30 november 2004.

charisian moment--she tells me of utter chaos in kindergarten. hint in life folks--bringing up santa may cause a riot among the younger folk. supposedly one kindergartener yells "santa is dead." the rest were ready to pounce on her. of course the charisian presence brought calm to the volitile situation.

msnbc needs to have an article--what women should not get guys for Christmas. number one on the list--ties. actually ties are cool. but be careful. be very careful . . .

garrison keilor on the prarie home companion radio show said snow is like marriage. some days it's great. some days you want the whole thing to go away. but this garrison keilor, not that i would know anything about the subject.

armando benitez signs on with the giants to be their closer. maybe next year we'll see lots of dodger highlights of homeruns off benitez.

killer turkey takes time . . .
today is saturday 27 november 2004.

killer turkey not as killer as last year. but noentheless, i must keep my reputation as one who prepares killer turkey--so above is a photo.

nothing much going on. jim tracy is back with the dodgers. interesting to note--if he wins, he keeps his job. so the dodgers made the playoffs--was there any doubt that tracy wouldn't come back? depodesta on the other hand . . .

Tuesday, November 16, 2004

today is tuesday 16 november 2004.

haven't blog in a while. not much to blog about. i was reading hadj's blog--and he mentioned little caesar's principle, so i had to blog.

now this is what is irritating me--dead internets. i hate it when proxies, hubs, or isps to dead. it's like my fix. hitting the internet and drinking coffee. if i miss one (or the other) i get grouchy. and cranky.

another hip place to hang out is atlanta bread company. not in atlanta, mind you. free coffee refills. free wifi. with a coupon, the other day i got both my fixes and a cran-apple muffin for a little under a $1.50. even cheaper than going to mcdonalds.

another irritation in life. how the mess did barry bonds win the nl mvp award. people wake up and smell the coffee--beltre was the sultan this year!!!!

nonetheless, to all the giants fans out there--remember you got beat by the dodgers this last year. and remember that finley homerun?

anyway, aside from that nothing really going on. and mom tells me that orbit is still a fat dog.

Wednesday, November 10, 2004

today is wednesday 10 november 2004.

vog--that is volcanic fog. it's over hawaii right now.

so clemens goes from retirement to cy young winner--don't we wish we all could be so lucky.

reports has it sammy sosa might be a dodger--don't bring your corked bat with you. shawn green to chicago--i don't know if i like that at all though.

the angels are thinking of changing their name to the los angeles angels. haven't they gone through enough name changes already?

talking about changing to los angeles--reports has it that mike piazza might go back to los angeles. maybe those piazza jerseys aren't out of date . . . they might come back in style like the nomo ones. which by the way, the nomo ones may go back out of style next season.

this week's breakfast is apple cinnamon muffins. someone should develop a sort of edible paper to the muffins--i hate taking that stuff off.

and on a final note--i am learning a little bit about spanish and teaching from the linc teacher . . . one thing i'm also learning--how not to dress. i hate the ties the linc teacher is wearing.

Saturday, November 06, 2004

today is saturday 06 november 2004.

nothing wild happening. so excting this takes a line in my blog.

wifi is hip. found a new spot in lakewood--atlanta bread company. may the days of dialup internet may be coming to a close.

david ortiz of the red sox playing in japan with a mess of all stars. he hit a homerun an estimated 514 feet. now that is exciting--and that takes a line in my blog.

Thursday, November 04, 2004

today is thursday 04 november 2004.

elections on the most part went without a hitch. el presidente bush takes a quick victory--i'm glad kerry didn't go through the *junk* that gore made the nation go through last time.

not that it matters much to me--but mufi hanneman is the new mayor in honolulu. so exciting this takes a line in my blog.

not that i care, but willie randolph is the new manager of the ny mets. so exciting this takes a line in my blog.
