blogging not too hot . . . but the weather in denver is . . .

yesterday is big bju renion-like get-together. i go to preacher's conference and see all these preacher types. i'm the only teacher there--may have freaked out a few . . .

so right in the middle of the meal, buddy from chi-town tells me he's in dia . . . fun afternoon . . . but couldn't spend the evening with him as i was in the charisian presence . . . 8-)

back to baseball--what up with my angels! what up with my dodgers! and what up with the padres! though i'd like to see an i-5 world series, my predictions of a padre/angel matchup looks near heavenly . . . no pun intended.

so the other day this froofy dog comes and near attacks me--so i lick it first before it first licks me . . .

densem hermeneutics final a pain . . . so we have to look at psalm 136 and decide if it's a synonymous, synthetic, or stairlike parallelism . . . i like this stuff not! so it's "think like eckelbarger time" i'm thinking . . . what's worse is the parable we have to exegete--luke 13, i think i messed up royally . . .

anyway, studies are done for now . . . not till the summer do i go back to do some reading for real . . .
